What we cover

Full periodic inspection

100% fixed-wire testing on the standard 5-year commercial cycle — sampled where scale demands, always disclosed on the certificate.

Change-of-tenant EICR

Fast-turnaround inspections for landlords and letting agents between tenancies — often booked and certificated within the same week.

Insurance-driven testing

Testing to satisfy an insurer, buyer's surveyor or funder request — priced flat and reported in language non-electricians can act on.

C1 & C2 remedials

Danger-present findings isolated the same day where possible; C2 items scheduled with fixed quotes and coordinated with your tenants.

Distribution board upgrades

Where a report flags an unsuitable DB, we quote replacement RCBO boards, load calculations and phased changeover to avoid downtime.

Portfolio EICR programmes

One point of contact for multi-site landlords and FMs — staggered testing, aligned reporting, one invoice per period.

Trusted across sectors

Facilities managers, property managers and estates teams — UK-wide.

Questions we get asked

How much does a commercial EICR cost?+

For a typical 2,000–5,000 sq ft office we quote a fixed price after a 10-minute conversation about circuit count, occupancy and access. For portfolios we price per-unit on schedule of rates.

What's the difference between C1, C2, C3 and FI codes?+

C1 = danger present, requires immediate action. C2 = potentially dangerous, remedial needed. C3 = improvement recommended, not urgent. FI = further investigation required. We explain each finding on your report in plain English.

How often does a commercial building need an EICR?+

Standard commercial premises: every 5 years or on change of occupancy. Industrial premises: every 3 years. Some insurers now require annual inspections — we schedule accordingly.

Do you carry out the remedial works yourselves?+

Yes. Our electricians identify and quote — usually the same team returns to complete. One point of accountability, one certificate trail.

Can testing be done without shutting the business?+

Almost always. We isolate circuit-by-circuit, work around occupied areas, and book major shutdowns for evenings or weekends at no premium on scheduled work.
