Small carpentry
Sticking doors eased, loose skirting refixed, floorboards squeak-treated, kitchen kickboards refitted, shed doors rehung.
Minor plumbing
Dripping taps, toilet fill-valves, waste-trap replacements, silicone re-runs around baths and shower trays. Bigger jobs quoted separately.
