What we cover
Six-monthly service visits covering panels, detection, sounders, call points and interfaces — with full engineer's report and next-service date.
Reactive attendance on fire panels showing fault, disablement or pre-alarm conditions. Batteries, PSUs, loop faults and short-circuit isolators diagnosed and cleared.
We verify your weekly call-point test cycle, keep your logbook up to date and flag missed tests before your next audit.
Full C&E testing after system alterations, tenant fit-outs or panel upgrades — with signed-off matrices for your records.
Additional devices, zone reprogramming, cable repairs and replacement of end-of-life detectors on a fixed-price basis.
Like-for-like panel swap-outs where existing systems are beyond economical repair — commissioned and certified.
Facilities managers, property managers and estates teams — UK-wide.
BS 5839-1 recommends servicing at intervals not exceeding six months. Most of our clients are on a six-monthly programme with two engineer visits per year, plus 24/7 reactive cover in between.
Yes — our engineers work across all major manufacturers (Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Gent, C-TEC, Menvier, Fike, Notifier and others). We'll match your existing system rather than push a rip-and-replace.
Every service visit issues a BS 5839-compliant service certificate and engineer's report. Remedial works are certified separately. All documents can be uploaded to your compliance platform (Elogbooks, Meridian, Riskwise etc.) or emailed to your FM team.
Yes. We run portfolio-wide servicing schedules with a single point of contact, consolidated reporting and one monthly invoice — ideal for property and facilities managers with sites across the UK.
£10m public liability, £10m employer's liability and professional indemnity. Certificates issued on request.
Send us your site address and current service certificate — we'll come back with a fixed-price annual contract.
